Function Controlling Lead Region LATAM (San Luis Potosí)

As CP&O FLE LATAM Region Controller, your mission is to ensure strong financial governance, transparency, and performance across Latin American operations with a clear focus on corporate functions.

You will lead a controlling organization of approximately 10+ professionals, driving IFRS‑compliant controlling activities, delivering clear and actionable financial insights, and enabling confident, data‑driven decision‑making for both regional and local leadership.

The role reports solid line towards the global function and dotted line to the regional finance organization.
