The Functional Analyst at EGBC plays a crucial role in enhancing off the shelf systems such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Office365, to support existing and improved business processes. They recommend and configure off the shelf solutions to meet the needs of EGBC and system users. This involves conducting thorough assessments of current systems, gathering and documenting business requirements, and collaborating with key personnel to ensure alignment with EGBC's goals. They analyze systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to implement new configurations, installations, or updates of existing systems that can benefit the organization.
