Functional Business Analyst - 12 Months

The Company

We are seeking a Functional Business Analyst to support our client, a well-established leading provider of business services. This is a 12 months contract with possibility of extension.

As a Business Analyst, you will be supporting the migration of Payroll and Accounting processes into our client's Shared Services.

The Role

Collaborate with operations to inventory current and target processes.

Identify opportunities to migrate processes to Shared Services.

Lead process mapping workshops to capture current processes.

Design new processes and document them according to quality standards.

Update documentation and training materials.

Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Plan and implement process improvement projects.

Work with operational owners to implement new processes.
