Act as the single point of contact for Business needs, including projects, change requests, and production issues.
Collaborate with Business and Technology teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
Lead new projects from initiation to smooth transition into delivery.
Prioritize and review change requests to ensure alignment with business priorities.
