The Functional Business Analyst plays a key role in ensuring Salesforce solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with business requirements. Working closely with Solution Designers, Developers, and Project Managers, the role translates functional needs into clear development tasks, reviews completed work for quality, and produces user-focused documentation to support adoption and ongoing use. • Review and interpret solution designs, clarify requirements, and challenge assumptions where needed to ensure the best functional outcome
