JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role: Functional Business Analyst
Experience: 10-12 years
Functional Business Analyst – Customer Relationship Management (CRM - MS Dynamics) and Retail Banking
Must Have:
Relevant experience in BFSI domain with a focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM - MS Dynamics) and Retail Banking Domain experience & associated IT impacts, affecting the Customer Relationship Management (CRM - MS Dynamics) and Retail Banking market
Good understanding of the global CRM Landscape and Retail Banking
Experience of Solution Architecture / Design and Implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM - MS Dynamics) and Retail Banking solutions
Should be able to able to play catalyst role between business and IT
Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI customers
Good experience in Gherkins way of drafting business requirements.
