Functional Business Analyst – Temenos T24 (Analytics & Autoform)

The Opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Temenos T24 Analytics and Autoform. This role will focus on business requirement analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring business needs are effectively mapped into T24 solutions. The BA will work closely with both business users and technical/consulting teams to validate functional designs and support testing activities, bridging the gap between operations and IT delivery.

The Role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across banking operations.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for T24 Analytics and Autoform.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical consultants to ensure solution alignment.
• Support functional design workshops and validate end-to-end business processes.
