Project Implementation and Product Management

To develop detailed project plans together with project manager, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

To participate and perform the full cycle of project implementation, from the planning stage to deployment and post-deployment.

To serve as the primary point of contact for customer in the respective consultant area throughout the implementation process.

To provide ERP product walkthrough and conduct training to customers.

To conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations to customers for process improvements and ERP system configurations, integration, customization and application objects.

To collaborate with technical team pertaining to system architecture, infrastructure and product extensions.
