Job Description

Support clients in implementing and maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys solutions. 
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. 
Configure and customize Customer Insights Journeys to meet client needs. 
Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for existing implementations. 
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other Dynamics 365 modules. 
Deliver training and documentation for end-users.
