Role Overview
The role is ideal for candidates with a strong accounting or finance background who can lead Odoo and ERPNext implementation projects and mentor junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Design system architecture and configure ERP solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and training materials.
- Lead UAT, training sessions, and Go-Live activities.
- Manage client relationships and handle complex support tickets.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting and implementation.
