About the Role

We're looking for a
Workday Functional Lead
to play a key role in shaping our HR technology landscape.

You'll lead the functional design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM across the Group, ensuring our HR operations are efficient, data-driven, and future-ready.

This role sits within the
HR Enablement
team — the backbone of our HR operating model — covering Process Excellence, HR Technology, Analytics, and Operations.

What You'll Do

• Act as the
  functional owner of Workday HCM
  , managing configurations, enhancements, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders
  to assess business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead the
  implementation of new Workday capabilities
