 Lead the end-to-end project management of a global SuccessFactors Compensation implementation within HR.SALT, covering full lifecycle activities from planning to delivery. Act as the primary IT project lead, driving timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of this strategic transformation initiative. Partner closely with Global Program Managers, business stakeholders, HR IT specialists, and external partners to align objectives, expectations, and governance.
