As a Functional Nurse Assessor, you will join an established team of health professionals who conduct daily assessments to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) review and make important decisions. This role allows you to move away from hands‑on patient care and focus on assessing how conditions impact day‑to‑day life, improving assessment skills, evaluating situations and making pivotal clinical recommendations. An ideal candidate is compassionate, empathetic, possesses extensive medical knowledge, and has strong computer skills and time management.
