Functional oracle consultant

Oracle Functional OTM resource (Preferably Bilingual - can speak Spanish) Work location will be Mexico City

Seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to support transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations. The role involves leading OTM functional design, configuration, integrations, and deployment while working closely with business stakeholders to optimize transportation workflows.

Hands-on experience with:
Order Release
Shipment Planning
Rate Management
Freight Settlement
Agents & Automation

Responsibilities:
~ Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, and Freight Settlement.
~ Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, BRDs, MD50s, and test cases.
