Job Description

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

Role purpose
Provide 2nd level support for the APICS MES system across Hydro locations, ensuring stable Business As Usual (BAU) operations.

Contribute to the implementation of APICS MES in new locations, supporting project activities from configuration to Go-Live and Hypercare.

Act as a Functional Specialist, colaborating in activities across regions and supporting the team.

Performe knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement across APICS- supported sites.

What you will be doing
Provide operational support for APICS MES across multiple production sites, ensuring stable and efficient system usage
