PurposeInformation systems exist to support and enable business operations.The purpose of the Center of Excellence (COE) is to ensure Agriware, and related systems serve the needs of the production farms.The COE team is responsible for advancing the use of Agriware and optimizing supported business processes to gain a competitive advantage.The team will ensure that Agriware is running optimally, key users are trained, downtime is minimized, upgrades are performed in a timely manner, current and new business processes are supported by the system, and enhancements made when justified.ERP Support EngineerThe ERP support engineer is responsible for building and maintaining expertise in all aspects of Agriware and Business Central and ensuring that the systems are operating optimally and running without bugs or errors.If outages occur or bugs are identified, the support engineer will respond immediately to return Agriware to an operational state and identify workarounds until permanent f...
