Fund Accountant -Private Equity/Real Estate Funds exp. only

Experience range: 5+ yrs. of relevant fund accounting exp.

Location - Mumbai & Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Accountability for work product of the team
• Act as the Primary reviewer and quality assurance of the deliverables produced by your team.
• Ensure that all client deliverables are on time and meets the quality standard
• Calculation, booking and reviewing of deal wise various fees like Management, Incentive/carry etc, as assigned.
• Preparation and review of Financial Statement and Investor Reports including capital calls, distribution schedules, notices etc.
• Client/CRM Satisfaction (10%)
• Effective engagement with assigned Clients/CRMs to build rapport and proactively manage expectations through various calls/scheduled meetings.
• Ensure continuous focus and improvement in service quality for all the assigned deliverables.
