These roles support private equity and venture capital clients by delivering high-quality fund administration services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the fund lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities (Depending on Level):
Provide accounting services for private equity/venture capital fund clients, including transaction processing and preparation of fund accounting outputs.
Review fee calculations (management fees, capital calls, distributions, carried interest, waterfall models) for compliance with fund terms.
