Fund Analyst / Senior Fund Analyst, Fund Management

ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsible for supporting the growth of the ESR’s fund management business with a primary focus on logistics investments in Vietnam and Singapore markets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Investment and Disposition: Support all direct acquisition and divestment activities from the funds/ventures through rigorous financial modeling analysis, coordinating due diligence, and supporting deal structuring with consideration for legal and tax implications among others
• Technical Excellence: Take ownership and accountability for all financial modeling and analysis including but not limited to acquisition and divestment analysis, budgeting and forecasting
