Fund Creation Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Lead the setup and launch of new investment funds, including structuring and negotiating key agreements (e.g., Term Sheets, LPAs).
• Drive fundraising by leveraging networks of institutional investors, family offices, and corporate partners, managing the process from outreach to closing.
• Act as the main liaison between leadership, investors, and legal teams to ensure smooth fund formation and compliance with governance standards.
• Develop strategies to integrate portfolio companies into the ecosystem (e.g., Sinar Mas Land/BSD City) to create strategic value for investors.
• Build and maintain operational and governance processes for new funds, ensuring alignment with internal policies while staying flexible.
• Monitor and report on capital flows (commitments, investments, distributions) to ensure transparency and alignment with investors.
