Avensys is seeking a Fund Management Team Lead to oversee a team, monitor performance against targets, analyze variances, coach staff, and drive continuous process improvements. This role ensures high-quality service delivery while supporting hiring, training, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance against targets and perform root cause analysis for variances
• Identify and implement process improvements to meet objectives
• Coach, guide, and train team members with creative approaches
• Provide assistance to team members following established practices and procedures
• Prepare and submit reports as agreed with the customer
• Assist in hiring, selection, and onboarding of new team members
