Fund Management Team Lead

Work Address: MOA, Pasay

Work Set-up: Hybrid (2-4x a month)

Work Schedule: 9PM- 6AM (Night Shift)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and process alternative investment trades (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers)
• Compile and standardize hedge fund and private equity investor data
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting uploads
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve incomplete or incorrect documentation
• Coordinate with custodians, third-party administrators, and vendors
• Identify and resolve data and system issues; escalate when needed
• Develop and improve processes, procedures, and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with the technology team to automate workflows
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client reports
• Maintain operating procedures and support cross-business initiatives
