Fund Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Handle high-frequency daily transactions: Manage daily fund receipts and payments across all company sites, including but not limited to fund deposits and withdrawals, and resolve abnormal transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of every transaction.
Track transaction issues: Perform daily reconciliation of transaction data, coordinate with internal and external parties to follow up on abnormal transactions. Handle banking-related issues, including but not limited to daily transaction problems and annual reviews.
Prepare fund reports: Complete daily, weekly and monthly fund reports on time to accurately reflect fund flows and daily operations, supporting decision-making for middle-office development.
Optimize and implement processes: Implement the company's fund management policies, identify areas for improvement in daily work, and enhance fund operation efficiency.
