Fund Reporting & Tax Senior Specialist Role

Pursue a pivotal role as a Senior Specialist in Tax & Fund Reporting at Aviso Wealth. This position combines oversight of taxation strategy and regulatory compliance for mutual funds.
As a Senior Specialist, you will lead the taxation strategy, implement new tax regulations, and support various fund activities. With a commitment to service excellence, you will also assist the Fund Reporting team in preparing essential financial documents while fostering partnerships both inside and outside the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage fund distributions and T3 factor assessments
• Provide support for fund mergers and new launches
• Assess and recommend tax optimization strategies
• Ensure compliance with Canadian and international tax laws
• Collaborate on financial statements and regulatory filings
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree or diploma is required
• CPA designation preferred
• At least 5 years of tax and fund accounting experience
