Funding Associate

Job provides operational and analytical support to the Funding Manager in managing investment deals. Focuses on assisting with due diligence, coordinating approval processes, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the investment lifecycle.

Role Description / Key Performance Areas

• Investment Evaluation and Execution
  • Conduct preliminary screening and analysis of investment proposals
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of deal documentation and progress
  • Coordinate and support financial, commercial, and operational due diligence activities
  • Compile data and prepare initial analysis for review by the Funding Manager
  • Assist in preparing documentation for Investment Committee submissions
  • Ensure compliance with governance and approval protocols
