Role summary

In this position you will provide VW and Audi dealers and clients with an exceptional automotive financing experience. You will reflect the values of VW Finance/Audi Finance as an organization that fosters learning and continuous improvement while at the same time, placing service excellence as our most important goal.Role responsibilities· Data entry of customer and contract information.· Audits all documentation for completeness and compliance to Legal and VCCI guidelines and policies. Insures that the terms of the contract are consistent with the credit approval.· Contact dealers with identified discrepancies in file for immediate resolution if possible.· Contact dealers by fax, e-mail or telephone for missing, incomplete or incorrect information.· Analyze contract structure to assign the correct marketing program to ensure proper dealer reserve payment and/or subvention billing.· Generate accurate payment to the dealer for assigned contracts....
