Fundraiser / Grants Manager

PAWZ Africa is looking for a Fundraiser / Grants Manager.

We're building PAWZ to be the catalyst between funders and vetted conservation projects, with real governance, transparency and reporting behind every rand.

If you're the kind of person who can find funding, write strong proposals, build relationships, and follow through until the money is in the account, we want to talk.

What you'll do

• Source and apply for grants (local + international)
• Build partnerships with corporates (CSI/ESG) and donors
• Package PAWZ projects into fundable proposals
• Manage funder relationships and reporting requirements
• Build and run a simple fundraising pipeline system

What we need

• Proven fundraising/grants track record
• Excellent writing and deadline discipline
• Confidence with outreach and relationship building
• Integrity and obsession with doing things properly
