Job Overview The Fundraising & Partnerships Manager is responsible for mobilizing the full spectrum of structured capital required to advance the companys hydroelectric power project portfolio. This role plays a critical part in the project financing strategy, with a primary focus on building institutional partnerships and securing grant funding, concessional finance, and commercial debt to optimize the companys capital structure and support sustainable growth. Strategic Capital Sourcing & Partnership Development Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships with lenders, development finance institutions, government agencies, and industry partners to de-risk projects and unlock financing opportunities.
