Job Description
Join Parkinson Wellness Projects as the Fundraising Strategy Manager in Victoria, BC. Lead impactful fundraising initiatives to support individuals living with Parkinson's in a hybrid work setting.
You will play an essential role in developing and executing PWP's annual fundraising plan. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will nurture relationships with donors and strategize around new revenue opportunities. Your efforts will help ensure the free and accessible programming for the growing Parkinson's community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute a detailed fundraising plan annually
• Enhance donor retention through meaningful interactions
• Write grant applications and manage compliance
• Develop relationships with corporate sponsors
• Oversee donor tracking and reporting using CRM systems
