Funds Compliance Manager

This is a senior-level role supporting the CRO in risk & compliance frameworks, day to day compliance training and reporting along with governance and regulatory obligations. 

The Role
Reporting into the CRO, you will play a key role in supporting the risk & compliance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
 

• Partnering with business units to facilitate risk and compliance activities, including risk workshops and control assessments
• Leading the delivery of the second line controls assurance program, including control design effectiveness reviews and Control Self-Assessments
• Supporting the development and ongoing execution of a fit-for-purpose Line 2 assurance framework
• Reviewing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), thresholds and trends, and preparing analysis and reporting for senior management and governance committees
