Funds Finance Associate

Our client is the Luxembourg office of a prominent international law firm. The firm boasts a highly rated and broad ranging international Banking and Finance practice. This team handles complex and high-value bank-side Funds Finance transactions originating in the US and City markets.

They are eager to appoint at least one associate to this fast-growing team. They are interested in speaking with candidates with experience ranging from NQ (if based and qualified in Luxembourg) to circa 6 years’ PQE.

Candidates must be qualified in either Luxembourg, an EU member state or UK jurisdiction, and have relevant experience in complex cross-border banking and finance transactions, with solid deal-management skills. The team works solely in English, so candidates must be fully fluent.
