This impressive and reputable law firm is actively seeking to add a Funds lawyer to either it’s Dubai or Abu Dhabi office.

There exists a preference for the applicant to already be based in the UAE, however the role is very open to those wishing to move to the region from overseas. If this is the case, applicants will need strong motivations for seeking a move to the UAE.

Applicants are expected to have experience in fund formation, investment, institutional clients, SWFs and need a solid working understanding of fund documentation.
