Funds Lawyer

We are currently seeking an experienced Funds Lawyer to work with leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the Fund structuring, Fund formation, and Fund distribution of various types of investment funds.
• Provide strategic legal guidance on fund-related matters to optimize compliance and operational efficiency.
• Draft and negotiate various legal documents related to the fund, including those related to investment terms, investor agreements, management agreements, and other contractual arrangement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative legal solutions and support business objectives.
• Knowledge of international fund structures (such as US and Luxembourg) also a plus.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Minimum of 4 Years experience working as a Funds Lawyer
