We are directly and exclusively instructed by the office managing partner of a major international law firm in Luxembourg to assist with the hire of a prominent Investment Funds partner to further the growth of their leading Luxembourg Investment Funds practice.
Our client is a global law firm and a key player in the Luxembourg investment funds ecosystem. The firm is well-established in the Luxembourg market and has achieved remarkable growth over the last 5 years. They are keen to grow from a position of strength by adding a talented and ambitious Funds partner to their bench.
Their Luxembourg Funds team advises on the establishment and structuring of private and listed funds organised as regulated, semi-regulated and unregulated structures. They also advise on related regulatory compliance issues, distribution, ongoing investment management and ESG considerations.
