The team advises global managers, sponsors, and investors on:

• Fund formation and fundraising across hedge, private equity, VC, PIFs, and other alternative structures
• Corporate M&A involving regulated and unregulated entities
• Restructuring, recovery, and asset realisation
• Regulatory matters including AML/CFT, Substance, and AEOI compliance
