AN IT SERVICES SDN BHD' is seeking a Funds Reconciliation Executive to join our dynamic Financial Services team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Funds Reconciliation Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely reconciliation of our investment funds, contributing to the overall financial control and compliance of our operations. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

What you'll be doing

1. Record and update daily fund transactions.
2. Assist in checking deposits and withdrawals across different payment channels.
3. Perform basic reconciliation using Excel.
4. Maintain detailed records and documentation to support the reconciliation activities.
5. Verify transaction details and report discrepancies.
6. Liaise with providers and internal departments when issues arise.
