Job Description

• Build and optimize high-converting funnels for events, books, collaborations, and core offers
• Design funnel structure, flow, and conversion-focused layouts
• Set up backend systems in GoHighLevel (automations, CRM, payments, integrations)
• Write or collaborate on funnel copy aligned with traffic sources
• QA, test, troubleshoot, and optimize funnels across devices
• Support campaign planning and launch execution
• Manage and optimize Meta/Facebook ad campaigns (Optional)
• Analyze funnel and ad performance and implement improvements
• Collaborate with leadership and take ownership of execution
• Document processes and use AI/tools to improve efficiency
