Furniture Assembly And Kitchen Instalation Team Leader (Xico)

• Give input to Service Product Manager regarding delivery and assembly issues within area of responsibility (truck, equipment, co-worker, customer).
• Responsible for planning the route, organising and monitoring delivery via EPOD from load to all orders delivered and assembled at the customer place.
• Ensure all prerequisites are met in area of responsibility, including resources, tools, working methods and internal communications, to contribute to an efficient delivery process.
• Work actively to improve productivity through efficient resource planning, including managing sickness absence, staff quality, flexibility of working and implementing efficient delivery operations.
• Minimise handling damages during delivery and work with manager to identify root causes and ways to minimise future recurrence.
