Future Senior Pastor: Associate Role

Step into the role of Associate Pastor with aspirations for Senior Pastor within a flexible timeline. Your focus will be preaching, teaching, and community connection, especially among younger families.
In this position, you will engage a church community of about 110 individuals while initially preaching 50% of the time. You will motivate and guide the congregation towards spiritual maturity while supporting various ministries and outreach efforts.
