Job Description

What you will do
As a Future Talent - WCM Engineer, you will:

Process Engineering:
Design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.

Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and technical standards.

Hands-on process activities

Interested in process deep learning and running machine
Continuous Improvement:
Identify improvement opportunities using Lean, Kaizen, SMED, PDCA, 5W1H, 4M5W.

Lead or support improvement projects to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance safety.

Monitor KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Problem Solving:
Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and root causes.

Implement corrective and preventive actions for process deviations.

Excellence in build up the tool such as PowerBI, PowerApp to play with data...
