Location: Brookfield, Nova Scotia, Canada. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent. Vacancies: 1. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join a large-scale cement manufacturing operation in Brookfield, NS. This role is ideal for a strong operational leader with experience in heavy industrial environments, unionized workforce management, and production oversight. You will be responsible for leading production supervisors and operational teams across a continuous manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, efficiency, and performance targets are consistently achieved. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Plant Manager and plays a critical part in driving continuous improvement across quarry, production, and control room operations. What We Offer
Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 base + bonus (0–24%). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Overtime: Based on operational requirements. Benefits
