Job Description

PRTR is looking for Senior Vice President (Non-Motor) Claims with a significant non-life insurance company.
Job Purpose:
To lead profitable growth of the Non-Motor Insurance Claims by understanding the performance of different claims and customer segments, setting strategy, and executing action by working with related teams to achieve the shared goals.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and managing all non-motor claims activities.
Initiating the application for claims function to provide service to all policyholders.
Claiming insights analysis to create a new product or improve underwriting performance.
Overseeing all claims projects to be successful and under control.
Being a representative for non-motor claims issues and activities.
Utilizing research tools in a management role to meet company goals and mission.
Maintaining & developing business relationships with brokers, banks, agents, etc.
