Purpose

The Operations Representative provides operational and administrative support and acts as a first point of contact in all Athletic & Recreation facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a York student.
• Successful completion of Emergency First Aid and CPR B Certification (prior to or upon hire).
• Prior customer service experience is an asset.
• Prior event support experience is an asset.
