Job Description

Job Scope
The SET BU Manager position will lead the SET sales and technical teams in the Chinese market for sales and promotion activities. The role is to strengthen our product presence in China and actively promote integration between headquarters and the Chinese market, establishing a future-oriented framework.
Responsibilities
External Sales
Responsible for the sales of HSS, DEC, and membrane products in the Chinese market
Achieve annual sales targets and other financial indicators
Develop and implement strategies for the department’s growth in China
Lead the team to enhance market coverage and get closer to customers in China
Guide the team to explore as many sales opportunities as possible and improve hit rates
Take the lead in tracking and understanding major competing brands’ market activities, pricing strategies, and product development trends in China
