How You'll Make An Impact
Advisory to operational businesses on FX accounting implications
Monitoring & reporting compliance with FX guidelines
Understand the requirement of hedge accounting documentation and hedge effectiveness testing
Ensuring that FX P/L effects are allocated appropriately to the originating businesses e.g. - realized FX on matured FX deals, revaluation of open FX contracts, revaluation of cash held in foreign currencies.
Analysis of FX-related P/L impacts
Providing FX accounting training for the businesses (when need arises)
Communicate frequently within teams spread across the region as well as Senior Management
Support ad-hoc requirement/tasks
