Your responsibilities
Following account opening processes
Handling clients' deposits and withdrawals to ensure timely processes
Responding promptly to any queries that the clients have on the website's live chat, over email or phone
Answering any inbound phone calls, identify customer’s needs and directing the query accordingly
Maintaining a friendly, professional and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
