FX Liquidity Manager

SGX FX is seeking a commercially driven FX Liquidity Manager based in Singapore. This role will focus on developing and managing day-day relationships with global Liquidity Providers (LPs), optimising liquidity performance across our venue, and supporting the continued growth of our Global FX franchise.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Product and senior management to ensure high-quality, competitive and scalable liquidity provision across G10 and NDF products. The role requires strong market knowledge, commercial acumen and the ability to engage credibly with banks, non-banks and institutional liquidity providers.
This is a relationship-led, market-facing role with a strong emphasis on liquidity optimisation, franchise growth, and market structure expertise. The prospective candidate will also have a complete understanding of the transaction lifecycle, electronic trading systems, and FX products such as spots, forwards, swaps, and NDFs.
