What You’ll Do as an FX Sales Team Lead

• Lead a sales team, establish objectives, and drive sales programs.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to help them progress in their careers.
• Pitch and close deals with prospective clients by phone and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Manage new customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and first trades.
• Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume.
• Implement regional sales programs and training plans with your team and other heads.
• Ensure adherence to company‑wide sales methodology and sales administration processes.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.

What You’ll Need
