Guardia de Seguridad – General Requirements

Location: Guadalajara (Zapopan, Tlaquepaque, Jalisco) – on the road or in industrial areas.

Work Hours: Full‑time; shifts up to 12 x 24 hours or fixed 8‑hour shifts; some positions include night duty 10:00 pm – 6:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Control and register entry‑exit of vehicles and pedestrians at guard stations.
• Verify that premises are orderly and report irregularities or suspicious events.
• Maintain and monitor CCTV and other security systems; generate incident reports.
• Conduct walk‑throughs and routine patrols, fill out logbooks, and record visitor and vendor activity.
• Respond to emergencies, coordinate evacuations, and provide first‑aid assistance when needed.
• Prepare daily operational reports and collaborate with maintenance and operations teams.
