G14 - UX Designer

Who We Are Looking For

We seek a candidate who thrives in ambiguity, excels at building projects from inception, and is adept at facilitating workshops and collaborating with senior stakeholders. In addition to strong UX fundamentals, this role places emphasis on visual design quality, UI craft, and gamification-informed interaction design .

What you'll do

• Lead product design from discovery to delivery with minimal supervision
• Translate user needs into journeys, flows, and interfaces that drive action and adoption
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations, and synthesise findings into actionable insights
• Facilitate ideation and co-creation workshops with internal teams or stakeholders
• Partner closely with PMs and engineers to scope and deliver solutions
• Present and advocate design decisions to senior stakeholders confidently
